Minding Creative Minds runs a free, confidential support service for Ireland’s creative and music community, staffed around the clock and delivered with Spectrum Life. Beyond the 24-hour helpline it offers short-term counselling, creative-arts therapies, and a career hub with legal, financial and wellbeing guidance.
