Jampa Ling

Jampa Ling was established in 1990 at Owendoon House under the spiritual direction of Venerable Panchen Otrul Rinpoche, who lives on site. The centre sits on nineteen acres with mature birch woodland and views to the Cuilcagh Mountains, and describes itself as open to everyone, of all faiths and none. The programme runs from one-day silent retreats — breathing meditation, walking meditation and a body scan — to residential weekends, with accommodation available, and people also come simply for the quiet of the grounds. Retreats are booked ahead through the centre; check the events listing before you travel, as dates and prices vary.
