Bang Bang

Brother and sister Daniel and Grace opened Bang Bang in late 2015 on North Leinster Street, a terrace of 1890s houses just off the Phibsborough Road, and named it after Thomas Dudley, the Dublin street character known as Bang Bang. They pour Silverskin coffee, roasted in Dublin, build sandwiches on sourdough from a bakery on Oxmantown Lane, and fill the shelves with Irish producers wherever they can find them. The floodlights of Dalymount Park are visible from the door.

The café runs the Bang Bang podcast, a run of conversations on music, sport, culture and politics.

Open Tuesday to Sunday and closed on Mondays. Listed times vary between sources, so confirm the hours with the café before you travel.
