The Quay Co-op has been Cork’s home of wholefoods and vegetarian cooking since 1982, run as a workers’ co-operative across three old buildings on Sullivan’s Quay. Downstairs is a shop of organic groceries, bread and supplements; upstairs a long-standing vegetarian and vegan restaurant and café. Open Tuesday to Sunday.
