Umi Falafel
Umi Falafel is entirely vegetarian. The falafel are made fresh each day from chickpeas soaked for twenty-four hours and blended with up to fifteen ingredients, and they come two ways: the Lebanese sandwich in a wrap with tahini, and the Palestinian one in a pitta pocket with chilli. Alongside them are mezze, tabouleh, a quinoa salad, a couscous and chickpea salad, and freshly squeezed juices. Umi is the Arabic word for mother.
